From arrival you are included like a family friend or even a family member. We have since moved to the Boston area but we make sure to keep our business with Luxe. I have been purchasing my eyeglasses from Luxe for years, and every single staff member has a wealth of knowledge with regard to the latest technology in optometry, lenses, and eyewear. Their passion is to blow customers away with the best lenses and frames that will literally change their lives and bolster their life goals. Every doctor does a remarkable eye exam and listens carefully to your concerns and gives you the best advice and guidance with regard to your eye health.

"It has a very upscale trendy vibe, but even when I walk in wearing leggings and a sweatshirt and head for the least expensive glasses they sell (which are surprisingly affordable and still amazing quality) they still treat me like a VIP customer. My tough to please 14 year old loves everything she has ever gotten there and always comments about how nice everyone is. After the glasses come in they really take the time to make sure that your glasses fit exactly the way you want them and that you are completely happy before you leave."

"The exam was very thorough and believe it or not, comforting. Next came Michael. Michael, the amazing optician, is a show stopper!! He is extremely charismatic, entertaining and makes you feel like a movie star. On the flip side, Michael aimed for precision when taking eye measurements (down to business). I look forward to my next visit!"

Their staff are excellent - extremely helpful, gracious, and accommodating. I bought a very expensive pair of glasses, and wasn't happy with them after they were made (a combo of the thickness of my rx and a style that was a little too modern for me). They kept my 2nd, 3rd, etc. choices on file, I came back, they helped me pick a new frame and when the 2nd pair came back, they were perfect. So happy. The new glasses were covered under their warranty/guarantee program. Amazing!

"I worked as an optician for a time so believe me when I say - Luxe Optique is a must-shop. Never have I met a more enthusiastic, genuine group of people who are truly passionate about their industry and profession. The doctor took me out of an over-corrective lens prescribed to me elsewhere and fitted me with one that was so comfortable and actually appropriate for my needs. I drove 5 hrs round trip for the appt and glasses order, and would do it again in a heartbeat."
