In 2016, Ryon transitioned from his own successful photography business to fully invest in helping Laurie to open Luxe Optique in the creative city of Beacon, NY. Ever since being fit with his first pair of glasses at the age of 3 by Laurie Riehle, Ryon has had a passion for eyewear. Guided by years of mentorship from master opticians Anthony and Laurie Riehle, Ryon embodies a rare balance of technical mastery and refined artistry as a licensed optician.
As an Optical business owner for over 30 years, owner and optician Laurie Riehle is an expert of the eyewear industry. Laurie Riehle most certainly has an edge up on the competition having previously owned one of the top performing private practices in the country. Laurie builds the reputation of Luxe and her team by training her employees to perform beyond their expected capabilities, providing an incomparable optical experience.
