In-Store Returns and Exchanges
All lens orders are custom and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed at Luxe Optique.

Frames purchased in-store may be exchanged one time for store credit within 30 days of dispense. If you wish to make any changes after picking up your new eyeglasses, please contact us within your lens guarantee or frame exchange time period.

Your purchase comes with guarantees and warranties. Please refer to the warranty card provided with your purchase for details, or contact us directly for information regarding your specific order.

Defective or Damaged Products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or exchange. All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. If you damage your frames we have access to repair labs or can order replacement parts.

Frames on Sale:
Come with a limited 30 day warranty, are final sale and cannot be exchanged and refunded.
